I’m a Latina educator, consultant, strategic partner and coach who has worked for more than two decades improving the life experiences of Latinx students in public education contexts.

I’ve personally experienced the specific ordeals that Latina women experience in professional contexts. Our turns are skipped, our ideas undervalued, our abilities questioned, our images stereotyped. And more than once we get the advice, “You will have to work twice as hard.”

We know from research that a non-inclusive culture affects productivity, innovation, and profit. The time for change is here and clearer than ever. But change in culture is difficult.

Through DEI coaching and consulting, I guide all leaders to discover their courage and vision to help build and be part of prosperous organizations where all can fully contribute and thrive.
